Wani's Struggle, a lesson for us

History of Kashmir freedom movement carrying the stories of numerous shining and glittering stars but Burhan Muzaffar Wani has very unique glow and shine among them. Heart of Wani was overwhelmed with the spirit to help and liberate his nation from brutal Indian Army. He had seen brutality of Indian army and bloodthirsty Indian soldiers around him. He had seen these bloodthirsty Indian soldiers killing his brothers, friends and many other loved ones. He had keen hate inside for these soldiers because of their inhuman behavior with his nation. He had lost his loved ones. This is second reason why he started a different sort of struggle against Indian occupation forces. 1st reason is Allah has chosen him. And to whom Allah chooses Allah gives them insight, discernment and foresight. Allah blesses them with a spirit to do something, they take a decision and they immerse themselves. Correspondingly, Burhan Wani also took a decision to liberate his nation. He gave up the studies and joined a militant group of Kashmir Hizbul Mujahideen and started a resistance against Indian occupation forces. But he was chosen by Allah SWT for a cause and purpose. He apprised his nation of the real the Kashmir Issue. He notify his nation that if today you do not open your eyes then your Indian occupation forces will make your eyes closed forever. He made his nation realized that to stop Indian the foot of Indian occupation forces they will have come on the roads to face them with whatever little resources they have. He gave a wake up call to his nation. Now you will be thinking how he did this all while he joined a militant group. Because normally it is considered that militancy has no concern with awareness and educating somebody in this way which is probably wrong. He used social media and instigated a campaign for the awareness of his nation. He used to make short video of him and upload these video on social media. Within no time he had a big community and fan following on Social media. When people saw him that an ordinary Kashmiri endeavoring for the freedom so passionately. After this in the twinkling of an eye people started joining him. When youth took the obligation of freedom and protection they lifted this movement up to the peak. Burhan Wani became a big target of Indian Army in the valley. Wani worked a lot against the Indian forces but two years ago on 8th of the july they got him, this way he embarrassed the martyrdom. A big gathering offered his funeral prayer for the several times. Even in Pakistan people offered his funeral prayer in absentia. After his martyrdom he became a social media icon, people all over the world came to know about his struggle. International national community started Kashmir activism on social media. In the story of Burhan there is a lesson for us. The lesson is, Burhan Wani did not have proper gadgets and sources for the social media activism. But he instigated his campaign and you can see that today how many people are a part of this Social Media campaign. Being Pakistan and A Muslim it is our moral duty to speak for Kashmir. We should not make excuses of resources and time etc. We should just start doing of our part. Because in the world hereafter Allah will make us stand in his court of Justice and will ask about the resources today we have. May Allah bless us the strength to work for freedom of Kashmir and for the rest of Ummah also. Today entire ummah is bleeding. Syrian kids are seeking for your help, Palestinians are looking towards you, Muslims in Burma are calling you. Please remember the crying kids in your prayers.
